Hayden fell in love with Grove Scuba immediately after arriving in Miami, working first in the Shop, then in the water as a Divemaster before completing his IDC training under Bill’s mentorship.

As an instructor, he focuses on developing diver’s fundamentals, creating a genuine passion for the underwater experience, meaningful continuing education, and fostering sustainability-minded students & reef ambassadors.

Hayden has now joined forces with Bill as the managing partner of Grove Scuba, resolved to bring exceptional service, gear, and in-water instruction to the South Florida Scuba community.
